How long will my item take to arrive?

We offer a variety of Delivery options to suit both your budget and your, shall we say, plans 😉 see below delivery options:-

Can I get a refund if I am not 100% satisfied with the item?

Of course! We only want to bring you the very best experience, because you deserve it!

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be unused and returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund upon receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

Please note: Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 30 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend that you return the parcel using an insured delivery service covering the total value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We currently only deliver to the UK. However, watch this space as we will be looking to expand to serve our EU customers as soon as possible!

Is your packaging discreet?

100%! All products are shipped discreetly in a brown box with absolutely no indication as to the contents.

What payment options are available to me?

We support all major Debit and Credit cards. For your convenience, we also offer Apply Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Should you wish to spread the cost of your new toys, you can opt to spread the cost via PayPal or coming soon, Klarna! All payments are processed via one of the UK’s best rated, safest payment providers, Stripe, giving you extra peace of mind.
